Shipments to the Peninsula

Free shipping costs for purchases over € 100, for standard delivery. For purchases under € 100 the shipping cost will be € 5.4

Free shipping for purchases over € 135, for express delivery. For purchases under € 135 the shipping cost will be € 5.4

Shipments to Baleares

Free shipping costs for purchases over € 150, for standard delivery. For purchases under € 150 the shipping cost will be € 7

Free shipping costs for purchases over € 250, for express delivery. For purchases under € 250 the shipping cost will be € 11.25

Shipments to Canarias

Free shipping costs for purchases over € 265, for standard delivery. For purchases under € 265 the shipping cost will be € 10.7

Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla

Free shipping costs for purchases over € 140, for standard delivery. In the case of purchases under € 140 the shipping cost will be € 5.9

Free shipping costs for purchases over € 300, for standard delivery. In the case of purchases under € 300 the shipping cost will be € 13.1

The shipping costs for standard shipping will be € 18.85

The shipping costs for express delivery will be € 28.47

DELIVERY TERMS

SPAIN

Delivery will be made between 7 - 9 working days from the date we receive proof of payment for standard shipments and between 5 - 6 working days for express shipments.

EUROPE AND THE UNITED STATES

Delivery will be made between 8 - 10 working days from the date we receive proof of payment for standard shipments and between 6 - 7 working days for express shipments.

RETURNS

We want you to be totally satisfied with our handmade products realized with a lot of love. However, if you are not, you can return it within a maximun of 30 days from delivery. In this case, please send an email to info@bitxobola.com to notify about the return. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The products must be in perfect condition and keep their original packaging and labels so that we can refund the amount. If upon receipt of your order you prove that a product is not in perfect conditions, you have a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the order to claim on the affected products. In this case the shipping costs will be made at our own expenses. Remember that the product must absolutely be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging with the labels intact.
